SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping within the United States: Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. In stock merchandise will normally arrive within 4 to 7 business days. If you need faster service, please contact us or select your method of shipping as you checkout. Additional charges will be added to the basic charges after we receive your order if you choose any method other than our standard shipping. Please provide a street address for delivery. Our basic shipping and handling fees are based on your total order. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Within the Continental U.S., they are as follows. For orders going to HI, AK, PR, USVI or any other US territories, we will advise you of the additional charges via a second email after they have been calulated.

SHIPPING/HANDLING: At the present time our basic shipping/handling charges are automatically added to your order. Please note that the following charges will be added to your order when you submit it. If you are sending a check with a printed order, please use these guidelines. Thank you.

Shipping for International Orders: Due to the increase in shipping charges we have had to change our policy on international orders. After we receive your order, we will calculate the cost based on weight and destination. We will then send you an email notifying you of the total Shipping/Handling charges. The charges on your automatic confirmation email are not the final charges. (Please make sure we have a valid email address for contacting you.) After we receive a reply from you accepting these charges, we will process your order. If we do not hear from you within one week, your order will automatically be cancelled.

We will only ship to countries for which we can insure your package. If your country is one that we cannot insure to, we will notify you.

NOTE: Most items are shipped within 2 - 4 business days from the time we receive your order. If an item is backordered, you will be notified, and it will be shipped as soon as possible.

WARRANTY: Your ClearMirror comes with a waranty as per details listed on the Warranty Page of our web site.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: For returns or exchanges, please call us for an RA# within 30 days of the purchase date. The RA# is good for a two week period. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% factory Restocking Fee. All returned merchandise must be in original factory new condition and must include all original packaging materials in order to receive a refund or credit. PACK CAREFULLY TO PREVENT DAMAGE. Send your returns to us PREPAID UPS Ground or Insured Mail with your RA# on the outside of the box. We cannot accept COD shipments. No refunds will be given after 30 days. Refunds exclude shipping.

QUANTITY ORDERS: Quantity purchases of 3 or more of any item are not returnable. We recommend that you order one as a sample first before making a large purchase to make sure it meets your specifications.

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel an order that has already been processed, we will do everything we can to honor your request. If we are able to stop the shipment, a cancellation fee of $5 or 5% of your order (whichever is higher) to cover our processing costs, will be deducted from your refund. If your order has already been shipped, just refuse delivery. Upon receipt of the unopened package we will issue a refund less original shipping/handling charges, return freight charges and cancellation fees. Our actual shipping cost will be deducted if it exceeded the amount that we originally charged you to ship the order. Custom orders are not cancelable.

CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS: Custom Orders are not refundable or returnable.

SECURITY POLICY:  We do not sell mailing lists or any other personal data. Your order is secure with us and so is your private information.

We accept these credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express IMPORTANT: Please make a note that if you have paid with a credit card, our company name will read MIRROR PLACE or PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS on your bill.

You may also purchase with a check or money order by mailing it with a printed copy of your order. Click on Print Order Form to send an order by mail or fax.  Make checks payable to Mirror Place, 233 Fillmore Ave., Suite 23, Tonawanda, NY 14150. Your order may be delayed until personal checks have cleared.

We accept PayPay as well. If you would like to pay this way, please select it on checkout. If you do not have a PayPal account, they will let you know how to set it up.
